An Interview with Justin Wall
Why did you start working at Kwik Staff?
Justin: I started working for Kwik Staff when it opened in 2016. I worked under the current owner, Todd, at a previous staffing agency. I knew we could do great things with this company. I felt like this was a company I can work the rest of my life with.
Where do you see yourself with this company in 10 years?
Justin: I am currently the sales manager for Kwik Staff. I absolutely love my position within the company. I like to set goals and strive to reach the goals I place. Todd and I discuss my goals and his expectations for me. In 10 years, I see myself helping expand Kwik Staff into different areas around Kansas and beyond. Once the other offices are established. I would like to be in charge of direct sales for the entire region.
If you could have any job in the World what would it be? Why?
Justin: Honestly, when I was younger, I always wanted to own my own business. It is always an option, but I am satisfied and happy to continue working for Kwik Staff. I would however, like to train dogs in my spare time. Dogs have a way of bringing a smile to peoples’ faces, I have always found that special.
What do you love most about Kwik Staff’s work environment?
I enjoy working as a team with the rest of my Co-workers. We really do work well with each other. I enjoy hearing many employees coming back in and telling us that we truly helped them out when they needed it. Many employees find a permanent position through us. Some employees have even received a supervisor role within the company we placed them at. It really feels good to know that we treat our employees the way they deserve to be treated.

This quarter we started a new staff recognition program
Our first Employee of the month for May was Nathan Jones. His dedication to the company as well as our customers, make him a much valued asset to our company.
For the month of June was Hugo Marquez. He currently holds a supervisory position at one of our largest employers. His dedication to the people he works with is amazing. He is always making sure that they get to work each day on time, and works hard each day for the company.

What do you like Most about Kwik Staff and its Staff?
The office staff will work with you and try to find not only the “best fitting” job for you, but will also try to help you out in your time of need.
What brought you to Kwik Staff, are you here by choice or by chance?
I had previously worked with other staffing agencies, but the full time jobs were not really good fits. I felt that I would try the temporary employment field again because it is something that I like.
Do you feel that Kwik Staff is fair in finding people work on a daily/weekly basis?
If you work hard, have good assets and look presentable the office staff will take it personally to get you assigned to a job site everyday that you are available to come into work.
How long have you worked with Kwik Staff?
I started working for them the day that they opened, April 2, 2016.
Why is Kwik Staff the Best Staffing Agency in Topeka?
They work hard to have as many employees as needed to fill the clients requests. They are able to fully utilize all of the employees assets. They are one of the only daily labor/daily pay companies in Topeka.
